Had a good time but?
In the past, I have always enjoyed Concerts. Immediately in front of us were a mother and 3 of her kids. I politely asked for her not to hold up the poster 3 times. The person in front of us held up a full-size poster for most of the Concert. The Mother went on a diatribe about me not owning her space and she would do whatever she wanted. The Mother was blocking the view of several people around me. The Mother was obnoxious and I should have walked up to ask Security for help. I have always had a wonderful time at Veterans United in the past. Folks around me told me I did the right thing and bought me a couple of beers to let me know that the Mother was way out of line. Just having a rude lady and her kids in front of us deterred from enjoyment. Another suggestion is that you post a map of the entire Amphitheater on your website (including parking areas with lot numbers included). We parked in the Handicapped area was the first time we parked there. When I could not find a map, I emailed your folks for further information. I searched your website for the parking lot locations and could not find a map of the Property. Your folks responded to my answer in a timely manner. Thank you and a Pox on rude, thoughtless Concert goers who hold up larger posters to block views of others without giving a thought of how they affect others. I have been on stage many times in my life and with the lighting, the performers cannot see 95% of the audience. The Mother of the 3 children was totally obnoxious. We were in Sec. 103 Row N and the dumb folks with the poster had no idea that Allan Rayman or fellow band members cannot see the audience except for the first several rows. I feel sorry for her Children following her example for the balance fo their lives. The World would be a much better place without a person like the Mother. We are there to have a good time and usually, everyone is in high spirits and considerate of others (especially at a Allan Rayman Concert). My enthusiasm to attend Concerts has diminished. We drive down from Maryland and stayed Ocean Front for 2 nights. We spent over $1000 to enjoy ourselves between all of our expenses.
